Everybody is saying that this pictures are from February 21, but on February 21, Haylie was on Vegas with Nick and her dad, is she was in Vegas, how at the same time she was going to be in West Hollywood in L.A.? on February 22 she arrived to L.A. and she tweeted she was pretty busy on February 23, that's why I think the pictures are from February 23.
